01. Service Agreement & Right to Amend Terms
01.1. Access/Login Constitutes Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, logging into, or continuing to use the Website and/or Services on each occasion, you acknowledge, represent, and agree that: (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and/or legally capable of entering into binding contracts, including these Terms and Conditions; (b) you have read, understood, and accepted the latest version of these Terms and Conditions; (c) these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and the Company governing your access to and use of the Website and Services; and (d) each login to and continued use of the Website and/or Services shall constitute your renewed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments, revisions, or updates made by the Company from time to time.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued access to or use of the Website after such amendments become effective shall constitute your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
02. Age Restriction
Players must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age for gambling under the laws of their jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to register and place bets.
03. Account Security & Confidentiality
Players are solely responsible for securing their username and password. Any transaction, deposit, or bet made using valid login credentials shall be deemed authorized by the player, and the Company accepts no liability.
04. Bet Irrevocability & Right to Decline

Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it is deemed valid. Players are not permitted to modify, revoke, or cancel the bet under any circumstances, including claiming accidental selection.
04.2. Right to Decline Bets
Without prejudice to any other provision of these Terms, the Company reserves the absolute right to decline all or part of any bet, without providing any reason whatsoever.
05. Anti-Fraud & Promotional Abuse Prevention
The use of automated software, bots, syndicate betting, or exploiting system loopholes is strictly prohibited. If any fraudulent behavior is detected, the Company reserves the right to void all related winnings and freeze the account.
06. No Third-Party Payments
Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The registered member's name, the linked bank account holder's name, and the depositor's name must match perfectly. Discrepancies may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent account suspension.
07. Deposit Rollover Requirement
07.1. Rollover Requirement
To prevent money laundering and malicious transactions, all deposits must achieve at least a one-time (1x) wagering rollover on the platform before any withdrawal request can be approved.
07.2. Exceptions in Turnover Calculation
Bets placed at odds below the following thresholds — Decimal odds 1.50, Hong Kong odds 0.50, Malay odds +0.50, Indonesian odds -2.00, or US odds -200 — shall not count towards the turnover requirement. Bets that are voided, tied, cancelled, or placed on opposite sides of the same outcome shall likewise not count towards the turnover requirement.
08. AML & Account Freezing
The Company strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. If there is reasonable suspicion that account funds are linked to illicit sources or fraudulent activities, the Company reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold balances.
09. Random Security Checks
To maintain platform integrity and fair play, the Company reserves the right to conduct random security audits. During this period, account functions may be temporarily restricted pending the submission of required verification documents.
10. Accuracy of Information
Players must ensure that all registered personal and financial details are accurate. The Company accepts no liability for delayed or failed transactions, or loss of funds resulting from incorrect information provided by the player.
11. Language Precedence
In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and translations in other languages, the English version shall always prevail.
12. Prohibition of Duplicate Accounts
Each player, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted only one registered account. Any multiple or duplicate accounts detected will be permanently suspended, and all balances will be forfeited.
13. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to their respective specific terms. The Company reserves the absolute right,without providing any reason and without prior notice, to amend, suspend, terminate, or cancel any bonus, promotion, or special offer at any time, including but not limited to bonus balances already credited to a player's account but not yet withdrawn.
14. KYC Verification & Withdrawals
Prior to approving withdrawals, the Company reserves the right to request KYC verification, including but not limited to government-issued ID or bank card photos (with sensitive numbers masked). Failure to comply may result in cancellation of withdrawals and forfeiture of winnings.
15. Maximum Payout Limits
15.1. Maximum Payout Limits (by Product Category)
The maximum payout for each Valid Accepted Bet shall be as follows: (i) Sportsbook – Maximum payout of RM20,000 per bet or event, or the applicable maximum payout limit for that bet type, whichever is lower; (ii) Casino – Maximum payout of RM20,000 per game round, or the applicable game/provider maximum payout limit, whichever is lower; (iii) Slot – Maximum payout of RM100,000 per bet, spin, or Completed Game Round, or the applicable game/provider maximum payout limit, whichever is lower.
15.2. Definition of Completed Game Round (Slots)
For slot games, a Completed Game Round includes all associated game content triggered by the original bet, including but not limited to: Free Spins, Respins, Feature Buy, Bonus Round, Gamble Feature, Multipliers, Cascading/Tumbling Wins, and any other related game sequences. All related winnings shall be treated as part of the same continuous game round and subject to a single maximum payout limit.
15.3. Bonuses & Jackpots
Unless the Company expressly states otherwise, all bonuses and jackpots (including, without limitation, Progressive Jackpots and any other form of bonus or jackpot) are likewise subject to the applicable maximum payout limits.
15.4. Right to Adjust Excess Winnings
The Company reserves the right to adjust, reduce, withhold, or void any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit.
15.5. Forfeiture of Excess Winnings, No Carry Forward
Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit shall be forfeited and may not be carried forward, transferred, reinstated, or re-claimed in any form, whether before or after a withdrawal request has been submitted.
15.6. Technical Error & System Malfunction Policy
If any bet, winning, or payout arises from a proven technical error, software defect, hardware failure, communication anomaly, system interruption, game display error, calculation error, or Game Provider system malfunction, the Company reserves the right to cancel or adjust the relevant bet, winning, or payout, regardless of whether the player acted in good faith.
15.7. Multiple Accounts & Collusive Abuse
If the Company reasonably determines the existence of multiple accounts, collusive betting, promotional abuse, or any conduct in breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to void all winnings and forfeit the balances of all linked accounts.
15.8. Promotions & Specific Game Rules
Promotional activities or specific game rules may impose additional maximum payout conditions. Where multiple payout limits apply simultaneously, the lowest applicable limit shall prevail.
15.9. Final Decision Authority
The Company's decision regarding the interpretation, application, and enforcement of this maximum payout limit shall be final and binding on all players.
15.10. Handling of Erroneous Credits
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any funds credited to your account in error due to system or human error, and reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds. Should you discover any funds erroneously credited to your account, you must notify the Company's customer service immediately; such erroneous funds shall be deemed invalid and must be returned to the Company.
15.11. Prohibition of Hedging on the Same Event
The Company does not accept simultaneous hedge betting by a player on the same event or match (including, without limitation, placing opposing bets on that event's outcome at the same time using different accounts or through a third party). Should such conduct be detected, the Company reserves the right to void the related bets and winnings.
15.12. Collusion Betting Evidence & Investigation Procedure
The Company reserves the right to void the bets of any individual or group of individuals reasonably suspected of attempting to deceive the Company. Where there is evidence that a set of bets each contain the same selection as the relevant individual or group, the Company reserves the right to request the member(s) to provide sufficient documentation for identity verification purposes. The Company reserves the right to verify, investigate, and take action within a period of at least 14 days, or to suspend the relevant account(s) at any time during this process.
16. Dormant Accounts
Accounts with no transaction or login activity for 6 consecutive months will be deemed inactive. To protect your account and fund security, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend such accounts. 17. Final Interpretation, Unaddressed Matters & Decision Authority
The Company reserves the sole and final right to interpret, apply, supplement, amend, and enforce these Terms and Conditions and all related rules, including but not limited to promotions, bonuses, rewards, games, Jackpots, maximum payout limits, account activity, transactions, and settlement matters. Any matter not expressly provided for, not fully covered, or subject to ambiguity or inconsistency under these Terms shall be determined at the Company's sole discretion. In the event of any dispute, the Company's records, interpretation, calculations, settlement, and final decision shall prevail and shall be final and binding on all members.
18. Responsible Gambling
The Company promotes responsible gambling. Players may request deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion (temporary or permanent) at any time via customer service. Once self-exclusion takes effect, the player may not request reactivation for any reason during the exclusion period.
19. Communication & Marketing Consent

20. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

23. Account Suspension & Termination
23.1. General Right of Suspension/Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time without providing a reason. If termination is not due to a player's breach, legitimate account balances will be refunded to the player.
23.2. Specific Triggering Circumstances (Non-Exhaustive)
The Company reserves the absolute right, without limitation to the following circumstances, to void winnings, freeze and forfeit account balances, and/or deactivate a player's account where: (a) the player holds more than one active account with the Company; (b) the player's name does not match the name on the bank account or other payment account used for deposits/withdrawals; (c) the player withdraws before fulfilling the requirements of a promotion in which they participated; (d) the player provides incorrect or misleading registration information; (e) the player fails to provide requested identification information; (f) the player is not of legal age; (g) the player accesses or participates in the Services from a jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by law; (h) the player denies any transaction or deposit they have made; (i) the player deposits funds originating from illegal or unauthorized activities; (j) the player is found to be cheating or attempting to cheat, using AI or other systems designed to defeat the system, or colluding with other players to defraud the Company; (k) the player has allowed (intentionally or unintentionally) another person to use their account; or (l) the player fails to comply with any term of these Terms and Conditions.
24. Account Non-Transferability
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or pledge Your Account to any other person. This prohibition extends to the transfer of any assets of value associated with the Account, including but not limited to ownership of the Account, winnings, deposits, bets, and any related rights or claims, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition also covers, without limitation, any encumbrance, pledge, assignment, usufruct, trade, brokerage, hypothecation, or gifting of the Account or its assets, whether carried out directly or in cooperation with a fiduciary, trustee, or any other third party, company, natural person, foundation, or association, in any form whatsoever.
25. Handling of Problematic Deposits
If any funds deposited by you cause or contribute to any issue with, restriction on, or freezing of the Company's bank account(s) (including but not limited to funds linked to disputed, fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized sources), the Company reserves the right to withhold or forfeit such funds, and reserves the right to pursue any and all legal action against you in connection with such deposit.
26. Promotional Abuse & Irregular Play
26.1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud, unfair advantage-taking, and/or other suspicious activity. The Company reserves the right to block and remove bonuses, associated winnings, and/or deposits from any account suspected, in the Company's sole discretion, of involvement in such activities.
26.2. Review & Enforcement Rights

26.4. Definition of "Promotional Abuse"
Includes, but is not limited to: working in a syndicate with other players to abuse promotions, deliberate cheating, or other unfair behavior; depositing and withdrawing funds shortly thereafter with the intention of abusing a promotion; and using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or free spin offer more than once.
